Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct direct clinical assessments and screenings for clients experiencing mental health crises, tailoring interventions to their individual needs.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that connect clients with essential services, facilitating communication between clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Provide therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on evidence-based practices to improve outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, ensuring timely and effective responses to clients in distress.

• Monitor clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, ensuring adherence to admission, continued stay, and discharge criteria.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and quality improvement processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and timely submission of reports relating to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients in a detox center who are experiencing severe emotional disorders and major mental health issues. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by these individuals, including trauma and substance use disorders, and a commitment to promoting their recovery through tailored interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
