Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Family Behavioral Guidance Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health and substance abuse needs, utilizing DSM criteria to make informed diagnostic decisions.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on substance abuse counseling, ensuring alignment with the latest ASAM criteria to determine the appropriate levels of care.

• Documenting all counseling sessions, assessments, and follow-up actions meticulously in clients' clinical records to maintain compliance and support continuity of care.

• Managing a client caseload effectively, addressing all aspects of case management, including treatment planning and clinical charting.

• Coordinating support services for clients and their families, ensuring they receive the necessary resources and guidance throughout their recovery journeys.

• Engaging in multidisciplinary teamwork to address crisis situations, leveraging collective expertise to meet clients' immediate needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The remuneration for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
