Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement behavioral health services with a focus on psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and continuous support for clients.

• Manage referrals to inpatient or specialized services for clients presenting serious mental health conditions, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support.

• Educate clients about access to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services and screen patients for substance abuse, providing appropriate guidance.

• Document treatment progress comprehensively in electronic patient management systems, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.
