Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your daily activities will include:

• Providing therapeutic services through individual and couples therapy sessions for clients across various age ranges, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each individual.

• Completing timely and accurate documentation for all client interactions, including session notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Managing a robust caseload while efficiently scheduling ongoing appointments and maintaining an organized calendar, thereby maximizing client engagement and continuity of care.

• Utilizing our billing service that manages claims processing and client accounts, thus streamlining administrative tasks and enabling a focus on therapeutic intervention.

• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and explore innovative treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use disorders among others. Your ability to establish trust and rapport will be essential in facilitating their healing processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Current licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• Demonstrated professionalism, cultural competency, and strong ethical standards in therapeutic practice.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple clients' needs.

• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant experience working with couples is highly valued and will be considered a significant asset in this role.

• Experience in a detox or substance abuse recovery center is beneficial but not required.
\n
• Flexibility for evening appointments, as availability for 2 evenings each week is necessary to accommodate clients' schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
