Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct holistic psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans that address individual goals, objectives, and interventions.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and developing safety planning strategies to optimize client safety.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
