Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Harmony Mind, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing strong therapeutic rapport tailored to individual needs while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments or discharges.

• Create, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to guide their mental health journey.

• Document client progress thoroughly through progress notes and maintain up-to-date records in line with best practice standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' mental health history and needs.
\n
• Deliver weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in supervision sessions to refine skills and address challenges, promoting professional development.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide cohesive care and address clients’ comprehensive needs.
