Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a variety of client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care to our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who may have limited access to mental health care, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is pivotal in navigating these clients through their mental health challenges, providing empathetic support and effective treatment to foster recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• At least two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
