Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques to deliver effective interventions.

• Support clients through crisis intervention strategies, providing guidance and resources in critical moments.

• Maintain detailed, confidential electronic health records, ensuring compliance with California’s state practices and documenting patient progress continuously.

• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary remote care team to enhance the quality of care provided.

Compensation and Benefits\n
