As a remote therapist with Opti Mind & Soul Counseling, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team committed to providing top-notch care. Our work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Our virtual platform equips you with the necessary tools to connect with clients effectively, ensuring that you can conduct assessments, deliver therapy, and monitor progress from any location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
\n
• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them on their recovery journey.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Engage in integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to address all aspects of client health.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain clear and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients, working to reduce stigma and promote equitable access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse clientele facing significant mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. You will also provide critical support to marginalized groups, including those experiencing homelessness, refugees, and survivors of domestic violence. Your work will directly influence their healing processes, offering them the tools to build resilience and find pathways to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 - 90,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
