Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their conditions and backgrounds.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual goals and needs of each client, taking into consideration their unique life circumstances.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care and optimal treatment outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records and documentation, adhering to best practices in record-keeping and confidentiality standards.

The primary clientele served by our Detox Center consists of individuals navigating mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Current, Fully Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in the state of Washington.
