Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services to a diverse caseload, including conducting comprehensive assessments and developing integrated care plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and major therapeutic modalities to address the symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders in both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Establish a trusting and supportive relationship with clients and their families, acting as a reliable resource for emotional and psychological support.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and contributing to shared goals to enhance service delivery.

• Monitor ongoing client situations, including participation in treatment plan revisions, evaluating progress towards stated goals, and ensuring a focus on client empowerment.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate intervention and support as required, while actively ensuring client safety at all times.

• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including timely completion of reports and data management.

• Engage in on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring continuous therapeutic support for clients in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with clients suffering from a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses. Our focus on the underserved population requires a culturally competent approach, recognizing and honoring diverse backgrounds and traditions. As a team member, you will play an essential role in advocating for client needs and linking them to appropriate services and resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, with a current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
