Right Path Counseling is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will be integral to enhancing the lives of children and their families through effective mental health counseling and support. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to understand each child’s unique needs and developmental status.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that all goals align with the family’s priorities and concerns.

• Monitor and track progress and outcomes as part of a dedicated team, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Develop trusting relationships with children and families to create a supportive and effective learning environment.

• Provide guidance and support to families, offering strategies and resources to significantly enhance their child's development.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles to inform your interventions.

• Deliver coaching models and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning styles of each child.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations to uphold the health and safety of both clients and staff.

Compensation and Benefits\n
