Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments, gathering crucial information about clients' mental health concerns, resources, and individual strengths.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused interventions.

• Develop and execute comprehensive, individualized treatment plans, incorporating specific goals and strategic interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic, coordinated approach to care.
