Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services directly to clients, both virtually and within the community, using evidence-based practices.

• Perform thorough assessments, develop and implement tailored treatment plans, and ensure the continuity of care for individuals experiencing significant mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions while ensuring a supportive environment that encourages clients’ personal growth and recovery.

• Conduct regular monitoring of client progress and outcomes, adjusting plans as needed to address emerging needs and ensure effective interventions.

• Engage in crisis intervention, utilizing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as required to support clients in distress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated care solutions, ensuring seamless communication among clients, families, and health providers.

• Maintain compliance with professional ethical guidelines and organizational standards, including timely completion of all necessary documentation and reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
