Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical services to assigned clients in both a remote setting and within the community, addressing symptoms associated with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment is tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans, connecting clients with essential services and maintaining effective communication with families and other providers involved in their care.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evidence-based screenings, responding promptly to indications for more detailed evaluations.

• Monitor client progress, managing caseloads effectively while ensuring that treatment plans are focused on presenting issues and client goals.

• Participate in on-call coverage and crisis intervention as needed to address urgent client needs.

• Engage in committees and quality improvement initiatives to enhance agency service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
