Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders. This includes conducting assessments, developing, and implementing individual treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings.

• Participate in crisis intervention efforts, utilizing your substantial knowledge in risk assessment and crisis management to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Develop integrated care plans that link clients with appropriate services and resources, promoting comprehensive care that addresses psychological, social, and emotional needs.

• Orient clients and their families to available resources, helping them navigate the mental health system to facilitate continuity of care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared clinical goals, ensuring that each client receives holistic and individualized support.

• Maintain meticulous records of client encounters and ensure timely completion of assessments, progress reports, and other necessary documentation using electronic health records.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to agency committees focused on enhancing service delivery and patient care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with clients in a detox environment, where the population may include individuals facing substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health issues, and socio-emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required for this position, along with a valid LCSW license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
