Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to a diverse client base, addressing individual, coupled, and family needs.

• Interview clients to assess their social, personal, environmental, and health histories, synthesizing this information to inform effective treatment plans.

• Evaluate and address psychological issues within your scope of practice, including crisis intervention and short-term resolutions.

• Develop, coordinate, and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique social and emotional needs of clients.

• Facilitate workshops and sessions that promote cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health, directing clients towards necessary community resources when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to ensure compliance with established protocols.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment services provided and adjust approaches based on client feedback and outcomes.
