Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess, diagnose, and evaluate patients utilizing standardized tools, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to tailor individualized care plans that consider cultural diversity and the unique needs of our patient population.

• Continuously monitor patient progress and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies aligned with mental health diagnoses.

• Document treatment records, reports, and clinical information accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans focusing on their identified needs and desired outcomes.

• Coordinate referral options and serve as a vital link between patients and external treatment providers, ensuring a seamless continuum of care.

• Provide educational support and mentorship to students, interns, and volunteers, enriching their learning experience while helping cultivate future professionals in the field.

• Actively engage in peer evaluations, chart audits, and collaborative practices under your clinical supervisor’s guidance to elevate team development and service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation between USD 90,000 and 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
