Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions for clients of all ages, facilitating both individual and couples therapy tailored to their needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, ensuring adherence to best practices in record-keeping and compliance.

• Proactively schedule ongoing appointments, managing your calendar to accommodate client needs while providing consistent follow-up.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic approaches and effectiveness.

• Utilize a billing service to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus more on client interaction instead of claims processing and account management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Empire City, you will engage with a diverse clientele that includes individuals and couples facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on delivering high-quality therapy, especially within the context of hospice care, where emotional support is crucial for both patients and their families. You’ll be instrumental in providing clients with the tools and strategies to navigate their emotional journeys, bringing a heart-centered approach to your practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license, allowing for independent practice.
\n
• Demonstrated professionalism, including excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency.

• Self-motivated individuals with strong organizational and time-management skills are essential to manage client caseload effectively.

• Availability for a full-time commitment, with a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least 2 evenings scheduled for client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation as a W2 employee, the following benefits are provided:
