Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and needs of patients entering our hospice care program.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing proven methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, nurses, and other specialists to develop coordinated, holistic care plans focused on patients' emotional and psychological well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medications in a supportive, clear, and compassionate manner.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches to foster understanding and healing.

• Work alongside the treatment team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect patient goals and preferences.

• Assist patients in navigating the complex mental health system, providing advocacy and support to ensure their rights and needs are met effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
