Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ strengths and needs, employing evidence-based tools and techniques.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline measurable goals and interventions, regularly reviewing progress and making necessary adjustments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
