Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations to assess patients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, tailoring interventions accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective care plans for patients.

• Educate and support patients and their families in understanding mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and the therapeutic process.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based approaches to foster healing and resilience.

• Work systematically to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the patients’ aspirations and clinical needs.

• Advocate for patients within the mental health system, navigating complex barriers to ensure their needs are met effectively.

• Organize and lead therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings to support ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work primarily with individuals of diverse backgrounds, including adults and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and educational background. Additionally, new hires will receive an attractive sign-on bonus.
