Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline short-term and long-term goals, including specific interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate closely with the treatment team to ensure coordinated client care and effective communication among therapists, psychiatrists, and other clinical staff.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans to support clients during times of acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client interactions are well-recorded in our clinical systems.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, group therapy sessions, and support groups to enhance clients' understanding of mental health topics and promote community support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
