Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand individual patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Providing various psychotherapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other effective methodologies, to address mental health concerns.

• Maintaining precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards to ensure transparency and quality in patient care.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers, to provide holistic and coordinated care to each patient.

• Participating in multidisciplinary case consultations to enhance treatment strategies and improve patient outcomes.

• Offering education and resources to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources available for further support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
