Key Responsibilities\n

As an LICSW, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a wide range of clinical tasks designed to assess and enhance patients' mental health. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to promote healing and resilience in clients.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all levels.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
