Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients across a broad age range, employing personalized therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous records by completing client notes and documentation promptly, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

• Effectively manage your calendar by scheduling ongoing appointments with clients, and optimizing your availability to meet patient needs.

• Utilize an integrated billing service to handle claims processing and client payments, allowing you to focus more on client engagement.

• Demonstrate proficiency in handling a variety of clinical presentations and remain adaptable to the dynamic needs of the client population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse population, addressing various mental health challenges and relationship dynamics among individuals and couples. Our ideal candidate is skilled at establishing rapport with clients, fostering a safe environment for them to explore their feelings and experiences, which is crucial for effective therapy outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology is required, with a valid LCSW license for independent practice.

• Self-motivation, organizational and time-management skills are crucial to maintain a full client load and comply with documentation requirements.

• Flexibility to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with at least two evenings available to accommodate client schedules.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience, along with the potential for performance-based bonuses. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation that reflects your skills and expertise.
