Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement therapeutic interventions through individual and potentially group therapy sessions, utilizing personalized approaches that resonate with clients.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, maintaining ongoing progress evaluations that adapt to their evolving needs.

• Provide accessible teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may face barriers to in-person visits due to transportation, health, or other reasons.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance within our practice.

• Engage in continual professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working primarily with adults and families facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. You will play a crucial part in their healing journey, helping clients develop coping mechanisms and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Required education includes a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate supportive therapeutic relationships using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Exhibit empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards diverse client experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities, essential for sustaining an efficient caseload and completion of administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with varied populations, particularly in trauma-informed care, is highly desired. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, will provide the best foundation for success in this role.
