Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and tailoring treatment accordingly.

• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans that address client's unique issues and objectives.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices that promote change and healing.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed holistically.

• Providing education and support to clients' families, helping them understand the therapeutic process and their role in it.
