Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services through individual and couples therapy sessions, addressing various mental health issues across diverse client demographics.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with best practices and relevant regulations.

• Manage client scheduling by coordinating ongoing appointments and maintaining your calendar, ensuring that clients receive the continuity of care they need.

• Utilize our billing service effectively to manage claims, check client benefits, and address insurance inquiries, allowing you to focus more on client care.

• Adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs and clinical presentations of each client, fostering a safe and empathetic therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a wide range of clients at our detox center, including individuals struggling with substance abuse, couples facing relational challenges, and families seeking guidance. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current, unrestricted LCSW license to practice in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses. This position is as a W2 employee, ensuring you receive all associated benefits.
