Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to diagnose their mental health status and determine appropriate treatment plans using tools such as the DSM-5.

• Develop individualized plans of care with input from patients and their families, ensuring cultural diversity and special needs are respected.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to achieve desired patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate care, serving as a critical link between patients and additional therapeutic resources.

• Engage in ongoing education initiatives, mentoring students and interns, while also contributing to the development of your peers through peer review and clinical collaboration.

• Provide a variety of interventions, including crisis management and psychoeducation, tailored to the unique needs of patients facing cancer.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 105,000, reflecting our commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
