Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, including psychosocial assessments and diagnostic interviews, to better understand client needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored therapeutic interventions that align with their personal goals, cultural backgrounds, and unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based strategies in individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, maintaining a holistic approach to client welfare.

• Provide crisis intervention services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless transitions for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them with tools and insights to navigate their challenges effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
