This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to create your own schedule while caring for clients from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide virtual therapy services to a minimum of 25 clients per week, focusing on tailored interventions based on individual needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, facilitating their personal growth and understanding.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy during sessions.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with audits and regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with best practices in social work.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our ideal candidate will work with a varied client population, focusing on individuals aged 18 and older, including those from minority and diverse backgrounds. Experience engaging with the LGBTQIA+ community and men’s mental health issues is preferred. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of clients who may be navigating various personal and professional challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license to practice in the State of New Jersey is required.
\n
• Minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience, particularly in a therapeutic setting.

• Proficient in evidence-based practices, with a focus on CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance.
\n
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in culturally competent ways.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working directly with the LGBTQIA+ community or with men’s mental health is viewed as an asset.

• Background in providing psychotherapy to diverse populations and those facing various life transitions and challenges is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
