Work Environment\n

This position operates within a remote framework that allows for a flexible work schedule. We support various shift configurations, including options for 4x10 or traditional 5x8 schedules, within our operating hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, and families, focusing on evidence-based practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments by interviewing clients to collect and analyze their personal, social, and health-related information.
\n
• Evaluate and address mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and familial conflicts, within the scope of practice.
\n
• Develop and implement treatment plans that effectively target client's emotional and social needs.
\n
• Facilitate workshops and therapeutic sessions that address cognitive and behavioral challenges, providing guidance for crisis situations as needed.
\n
• Ensure strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, respect, and understanding between clients and therapist.
\n
• Regularly assess the progress of clients and modify treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with established protocols.
\n
• Manage a caseload responsibly, ensuring timely follow-ups and thorough record-keeping.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create holistic care solutions for clients, including referrals to community resources.

• Perform other duties as assigned to enhance team capabilities and meet organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily serve children and their families, addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges that affect their daily lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in New York State.

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience working in a clinical or counseling setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior counseling work with behavioral health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, substance abuse, grief and loss, and family dynamics.

• Experience delivering therapy in school settings is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
