This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while engaging in impactful work at our affiliated Hospice Center. The qualified candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, along with a sign-on bonus.

Work Environment\n

As an LCSW, you will work in a collaborative and supportive remote environment that emphasizes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions, addressing a range of emotional and psychological issues.

• Gather comprehensive information through client interviews to assess social, personal, environmental, and health factors impacting their well-being.

• Design and implement treatment plans collaboratively with clients, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions on an ongoing basis.
\n
• Coordinate and facilitate various programs and activities that meet the clients’ social and emotional needs using evidence-based practices.
\n
• Manage a caseload effectively by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with established protocols.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and facilitate referrals to necessary community resources when required.
\n
• Foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and acceptance, establishing a safe space for clients to express their feelings.

• Maintain knowledge of current trends in mental health practices and integrate new techniques and therapies to improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on serving infants, young children, and their families, addressing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, grief, mood disorders, and substance use issues. The LCSW will specifically work with vulnerable populations, ensuring they receive empathetic care that caters to their unique circumstances and promotes holistic well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• At least four years of relevant experience in clinical social work or mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated expertise in addressing behavioral health issues including drug and alcohol dependency, family dynamics, and grief counseling.
