This full-time position allows for flexible scheduling, with options available for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts, accommodating the operational hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

The essential functions of the LCSW will include:

• Providing psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conducting comprehensive interviews to gather and interpret relevant social, personal, environmental, and health information.

• Evaluating clients’ mental health and emotional challenges within the established scope of practice, employing clinical judgment and therapeutic techniques.

• Coordinating and designing programs and activities tailored to the unique social and emotional needs of clients.

• Facilitating cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health interventions, particularly during short-term crisis situations.

• Building and maintaining a relationship of mutual respect, acceptance, and trust through open communication.

• Documenting all findings, treatment plans, and client progress in accordance with established protocols and maintaining an up-to-date caseload.

• Providing individual clinical counseling aimed at aiding children and families in overcoming mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
