Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address diverse mental health needs.

• Collaborate across healthcare disciplines to devise and execute patient-centric treatment plans that consider physical, emotional, and social aspects of care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services for clients facing acute emotional distress, and ensure necessary referrals are made to additional support resources, enhancing overall patient care.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and internal documentation protocols for seamless continuity of care.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision workshops to cultivate clinical skills and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges within the hospice center, including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
