Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Guideline Health Care Center, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of couples and families.

• Providing individual, couples, and family therapy, focusing on resolving conflicts and enhancing communication among family members.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a range of issues, including grief and loss, family conflicts, blended family dynamics, and adjustment challenges related to divorce and separation.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic treatment plans that consider the psychological and physical health of clients.

• Staying informed about the latest advancements in marriage and family therapy to continuously enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population that includes couples, individual adults, and adolescents facing various challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
