This role will primarily operate in a remote setting, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while engaging with clients via teletherapy. You will also occasionally meet clients in our outpatient office located in Arlington, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group counseling to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Document progress notes and treatment outcomes meticulously in our electronic health record system to track client improvements and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration with healthcare providers, maintaining an integrative approach to client care.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, including maintaining client confidentiality and adherence to state regulations in Texas.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will primarily work with children, adolescents, and families who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, marital conflicts, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
