This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually. Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility and the ability to balance professional and personal commitments effectively. You will engage with clients through teletherapy sessions, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans from the comfort of your home. However, our outpatient office in Arlington serves as a supportive hub for team meetings and interdepartmental collaborations, reinforcing a cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, ensuring tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain open communication with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals about client progress, challenges, and needs, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

• Provide advance scheduling of appointments, home visits, and observations, ensuring efficient management of your caseload.
\n
• Coordinate and conduct home visits to facilitate in-home observations, gather insights, and review client information.
\n
• Oversee the effective implementation of treatment plans, ensuring that interventions are appropriate and beneficial.
\n
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and other relevant gatherings to enhance collaborative planning and client care.
\n
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes, tracking client development and program effectiveness.
\n
• Organize and deliver training for staff, ensuring they are well-versed in program implementation and documentation processes.
\n
• Engage in follow-up communications, home visits, and observations as needed to support ongoing client care.
\n
• Act as a liaison within the mental health community, promoting awareness and resources to support family and individual goals.

• Assist in developing training materials and procedures to enhance program efficacy and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including both adults and youth, presenting various mental health challenges. From those coping with anxiety disorders to individuals seeking support through trauma recovery, you will provide compassionate counseling that respects each client’s unique experiences and cultural backgrounds. Your expertise will contribute to the holistic health of your patients, enabling them to achieve meaningful progress toward their well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.

• Knowledge in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport with a diverse client base.

• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in family systems, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling will be viewed favorably.
