Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address their needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and appropriate support to stabilize their conditions.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, collaborating with parents and guardians to foster healthier family dynamics and improve communication.

• Participate in ongoing research initiatives aimed at enhancing treatment strategies and gathering insights into best practices for mental health care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment updates accurately and thoroughly in line with confidentiality standards and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
