Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs via phone and in-person sessions to gather relevant information for accurate case management.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring each client feels supported and understood during difficult moments.

• Assist clients in accessing vital community resources and services tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Document case details meticulously, maintaining accurate records and preparing reports that reflect client progress and intervention outcomes.

• Engage in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance service delivery and integrate best practices into daily operations.

• Identify signs of child abuse and follow appropriate protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele you will serve primarily includes individuals and families coping with complex challenges associated with neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health disorders, and substance abuse. Your empathy and understanding will be crucial in building trust and rapport, ultimately leading to positive client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid and active LCSW license to practice in Tennessee.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in assessing risks and determining appropriate interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
