Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Inner Flourish Wellness Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to establish individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to each client's specific needs.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to foster client growth and healing.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and the standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement coordinated care strategies, ensuring holistic treatment for our patients.

• Engaging in regular case consultations to enhance professional development and address complex clinical scenarios, thereby elevating the quality of care provided.

• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, thereby empowering them to take active roles in their care.

• Staying abreast of ongoing research and developments in the mental health field, ensuring that your practice reflects the most current knowledge and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be assisting clients in our detox center, many of whom may be struggling with substance use disorders alongside mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to provide support to a diverse population, promoting recovery and well-being through personalized care that acknowledges their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, ideally within an outpatient or detox setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, enabling clients to achieve transformative outcomes.
