Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the lives of your clients. Key tasks include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and developing individualized treatment plans that align with established best practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive treatment approaches and optimal client outcomes.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality and share best practices with colleagues.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families concerning mental health challenges and available community resources.

• Staying informed about current research developments in mental health and integrating relevant findings into your clinical practice to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Managing a full caseload while upholding ethical standards and adhering to the guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly involve serving a diverse population that may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse issues, and other mental health disorders. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their unique challenges, foster coping skills, and work towards their personal treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• At least three years of clinical experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy services in a virtual setting.
