Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both in-person and remotely, including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Participate cooperatively as a team member, contributing to common goals and creating a supportive team environment that enhances recovery outcomes.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments and screenings, developing integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary services and support systems.

• Monitor client progress, ensuring adherence to treatment and identifying barriers to success while adapting approaches when necessary.

• Provide crisis intervention services, assisting clients during moments of urgency to ensure safety and facilitate necessary support.

• Document client participation and treatment progress accurately in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with family members and other healthcare providers to create a seamless care experience for clients.

• Participate in organizational meetings, training sessions, and committees aimed at enhancing services and improving clinical practices.
