This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide essential mental health services within the school environment. Work Environment\n

The LCSW role is designed to foster a healthy work-life balance, with flexible scheduling options available, including 4x10 or conventional 5x8 shifts during our operating hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday. The remote nature of the position allows you the comfort of working from home while still making a significant impact in the school setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services through psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families facing mental health challenges.
\n
• Conduct thorough client interviews to obtain and analyze social, personal, and health-related information to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment strategies for a variety of mental health issues within your scope of practice.
\n
• Design and implement programs and activities aimed at addressing the social and emotional needs of clients.
\n
• Support clients during crises by facilitating effective treatment for cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health concerns, while providing referrals to community resources as necessary.
\n
• Establish a therapeutic relationship that promotes mutual respect, trust, and acceptance.
\n
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of treatment services to ensure progress and adapt interventions as required.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment plans meticulously in accordance with established protocols, ensuring files are up-to-date and comprehensive.

• Maintain an active caseload consistent with clinical best practices and organizational requirements, ensuring quality care delivery.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support students and their families within the school environment, addressing a breadth of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. By collaborating with school personnel, you will enhance the delivery of mental health services, facilitating a supportive educational setting for all students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the State of Florida.
\n
• A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling or a related area is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrable experience in the treatment of behavioral health issues, specifically concerning depression, mood disorders, couples therapy, family conflict, grief, and loss.

• Familiarity with school environments and prior experience working collaboratively with educational staff to address student mental health needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between $85,000 and $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, successful candidates will be eligible for a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
