Work Environment\n

This position is remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a full-time commitment. Our work structure fosters a healthy work-life balance to enable our staff to provide the best possible care for clients. As an LCSW, you will work with individuals, families, and groups in various settings, primarily through virtual platforms. While the role allows for some schedule flexibility, it requires availability within standard working hours from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth interviews with clients to gather comprehensive information on their social, personal, and health backgrounds.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based approaches to address a range of psychological issues including anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and goals.
\n
• Coordinate care efforts and collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to enhance treatment efficacy.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and case management tools to reflect current best practices.
\n
• Facilitate crisis interventions, implement crisis management strategies, and provide referrals to higher level care or community resources when necessary.
\n
• Create a trusting therapeutic environment by establishing respectful and supportive relationships with clients.
\n
• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment strategies based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, and quality assurance efforts to improve service delivery.

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds, encompassing various social and emotional challenges, including mental health disorders, substance abuse issues, grief, trauma, and family dynamics. Your role will be critical in providing support to individuals seeking growth, recovery, and integration into their communities, with the aim of enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health policies, procedures, and ethical practices.

• Ability to utilize telehealth technologies effectively for remote counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 4 years of clinical practice in social work or a related field is preferred.

• Prior counseling experience in areas such as behavioral health treatment, family therapy, addiction recovery, and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
