Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities as an LCSW will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address clients' mental health issues effectively.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in alignment with HIPAA and organizational standards to ensure confidentiality and compliance.

• Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals during regular case consultations to optimize treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.

• Providing education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Staying abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health and integrating new knowledge into your practice for continual improvement of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population of clients who may be experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, or co-occurring disorders. Your ability to build trusting relationships and deliver empathetic care will be crucial in helping clients navigate their paths toward recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

The following qualifications are essential for this position:

• An earned Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in mental health settings.
