This position is a remote role, allowing the flexibility necessary to achieve a work-life balance while fulfilling the responsibilities associated with caring for clients in a detoxification setting. Our operating hours are from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for both 4x10 and 5x8 shift configurations to accommodate different schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, offering tailored interventions suited to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather essential social, personal, environmental, and health history, facilitating a holistic understanding of each individual’s needs.

• Evaluate treatment options and implement therapeutic interventions based on client goals and assessed needs, applying evidence-based methodologies.

• Coordinate and plan therapeutic programs and community activities that address emotional and social needs, ensuring clients have access to essential resources.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and stabilization sessions, guiding clients through short-term crises while providing appropriate referrals to community support services.

• Establish trusting therapeutic relationships characterized by respect, acceptance, and understanding to encourage client openness and engagement.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of ongoing treatment services and adjust care plans as necessary based on client feedback and clinical observations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
