Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with students experiencing mental health challenges, providing assessments, individual, group, and family therapy tailored to their unique needs.

• Establish and foster trusting, supportive relationships with students and their families to ensure open communication regarding treatment strategies and progress.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based screenings and implement developmentally appropriate assessments as needed.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create integrated care plans that address the comprehensive needs of students, including academic and social-emotional support.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing various techniques to support students in distress and facilitate de-escalation.

• Monitor and evaluate treatment plans, ensuring timely adjustments based on ongoing assessments and student feedback.

• Document all interactions and submit necessary reports to maintain compliance with organizational and state standards.

• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, sharing insights to improve service delivery and outcomes.

• Stay current on trends and evidence-based practices in mental health, specifically as they relate to children and adolescents.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
