Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Inner Balance Counseling Center, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities integral to our operations:

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand the emotional and psychological needs of students, families, and staff.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA standards, ensuring confidentiality while also supporting effective case management.

• Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, participating in regular meetings to discuss cases and strategies.

• Provide psychoeducation to individuals and family members about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.

• Commit to ongoing education, staying current with mental health developments and integrating the latest research into your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with children and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
